Note: The term "natural ash glaze" means that the pot has been glazed only from the "natural ash," that is, the ash flying through Kumano's wood fire kiln that happens to land on the pots. Because of the long firing period of up to 10 days, there is often significant build up of ash on the pots. Take a look.
